DMA 79TH ANNUAL CONVENTION

  The Dakota Moose Association 79th Annual Convention will be held in Huron, South Dakota, at the Crossroads Hotel & Huron Event Center on October 2-5, 2025. Information is posted below.

HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION

The block of rooms for the 2025 Dakota Moose Association 79th Annual Convention are now open!

The block is through the Crossroads Hotel, which is connected to the Huron Convention Center where the DMA Convention will be held. The Crossroads Hotel is located at 100 4th St SW, Huron, SD 57350. The block rate is for $109 per night. Call 605-352-3204 to make reservations at this hotel. 

Also note that there must be a different name associated with each and every room booked.

Other hotels are also available in the Huron area, but there is no group rate established. 

DMA 79TH ANNUAL CONVENTION MEETINGS LOCATION

The meeting sessions of the Dakota Moose Association 79th Annual Convention will be held at the 

Huron Event Center located at 501 Wisconsin Avenue SW, Huron, SD 57350. Their contact number is 605-554-0239. The event center is connected directly to the hotel.

DMA 79TH ANNUAL CONVENTION MEALS INFORMATION

Below are the meals and prices that will be served at the Huron Event Center during the DMA 79th Annual Convention. Water will be supplied with all meals.

THURSDAY SUPPER

Burger & Brat Buffet - $20

Includes: Hamburgers, Brats, Baked Beans, Choice of Potato Salad or Coleslaw, Kettle Chips (Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, Mustard, Onion, Ketchup) 

FRIDAY LUNCH

Friday Lunch options each include a fresh garden salad with gourmet house dressing.

Hot Roast Beef Sandwich - $18

Includes: Oven roasted top round of beef sliced thin and served on white bread with pan gravy. Mashed potatoes and chef’s choice of vegetables.

Chicken Fajita Wrap - $16

Includes: Grilled Chicken, onions, tomatoes, peppers served hot in a wrap. 

FRIDAY SUPPER

Pasta Buffet - $21

Includes: Pasta with Marinara Meat Sauce, Pasta with Chicken Alfredo Sauce, Tossed Salad with Assorted Dressings, Breadstick or Garlic Toast. 

Gluten Free Noodles are available if you add this to the allergy part on the registration. 

SATURDAY LUNCH

Saturday Lunch options each include a fresh garden salad with gourmet house dressing.

Prime Rib French Dip - $20

Includes: Thinly sliced prime rib served warm on a hoagie bun with au jus dipping sauce. Accompanied by a pickle spear and chips.

Ham & Turkey Wrap - $15

Includes: Sliced ham and turkey, diced tomatoes, cheese and lettuce served cold in a wrap. 

SATURDAY ASSOCIATION SUPPER BANQUET

Two-Meat Buffet - $28

Includes: Tossed salad with a selection of assorted dressing and dinner rolls, Roast Top Round of Beef with Au Jus and Chicken Marsala, Baked Potato, Glazed Carrots, Italian Pasta Salad. 

Complimentary Continental Breakfast is served daily at the Crossroads Hotel for guests.

There will be a cash bar set up Thurs., Friday, and Saturday evenings. Ryan's Hangar is also the hotel bar & restaurant in the complex across the hotel lobby from the front desk.

The Dakotas Council Higher Degrees is sponsoring the cookies for Friday and Saturday afternoon.

The Huron Chamber & Visitors Bureau and the Dakota Moose Association are sponsoring Coffee and Lemonade, plus there will be water also set up for the Convention. There will be pop machines in the area to purchase also.

Make check payable to: Dakota Moose Association. Only one member per form. Every member planning to attend the DMA Annual Convention must register.

Mailed registration must be to the DMA Secretary by Monday, September 22, 2025, by 5:00 PM.
